The best airport to fly into is Kahului Airport (OGG) in Maui, Hawaii. Most routes will be through LA, Denver, and Chicago. Due to the time change, we recommend early morning departures arriving afternoon same day.
OGG is approximately a 40-minute drive from the Hotel. There are plenty of Taxis and Ubers, which will cost around $60 one way. Rental cars are suggested if you plan on arriving early/exploring the island. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from all events on the Wedding Day.
We have secured a room block at Royal Lahaina Resort and Bungalows for Thursday, Oct 7 thru Sunday, Oct 10, but it can be extended on either side. Rooms require a 2-day deposit, which is fully refundable in all instances. Please secure your room block as soon as possible (it helps us negotiate a lower price for the welcome party). Block ends in August, 2027.

Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows was mentioned many times by our Planner and Hotel Booking Agent as the "Hidden Gem" of West Maui accommodations. It hosts two pools, hot tubs, tiki bars, and is right on the beach. In fact, Alexa could throw a football from the pool and hit the Pacific Ocean (so not far). The Tower Rooms are standard hotel rooms accommodating 2-4 people, while the Bungalows offer a full kitchen and can accomodate larger groups.
